Escamilla Enters the Falcon Roster

TEMPLE TERRACE, Fla.- Florida College has announced the addition of midfielder Manuel Escamilla to its incoming freshman class for the 2025 soccer season. Escamilla joins the Falcons from Shorecrest Preparatory School and Florida Celtic SC.

He was named Club Player of the Year during his time with Florida Celtic SC and served as a key contributor throughout his high school and club career.

Escamilla graduated from Shorecrest with High Honors and plans to major in Business at Florida College.

In his commitment announcement, Escamilla said:

"I am excited to be a part of this great team and go Falcons!"

"Manuel is a smart and hardworking player who we believe will bring depth and quality to our midfield. We're excited to have him join the program,” Head Coach David Ashwood said.
